Where is Jesselton Artisan Market located?
JAM will be held at The Walk, Riverson.

Are children allowed at the Jesselton Artisan Market?
As per MKN’s latest SOP, children below 12 years old are allowed, and must be accompanied by a fully vaccinated adult. Children are advised to wear mask or face shield.

Are we allowed to bring our own containers and bags?
Yes, please feel free to bring your own containers to tapau the yummylicious food from JAM and also your own shopping bags.

Are there ATMs in The Walk, Riverson?
Yes, there are ATMs at CIMB Bank, Riverson.

Do the vendors accept e-wallet payments?
Yes, some of the vendors do accept e-wallets. That is the preferred payment method. It is still advisable to have cash at hand for easy shopping as some vendors only accept cash.

Are we allowed to eat in the hall?
We would like to encourage all visitors to eat at the deck area (outdoors). This is to curb the spread of Covid in enclosed, air-conditioned areas inside the mall.

Is there any entrance fee to enter the hall?
Entrance to the Jesselton Artisan Market is absolutely free!
